After working for over 13 years in the corporate world, I began to realize that many barriers that I had struggled during my journey were related to the simple fact that I am a woman.

So I decided to better understand these inequalities that women face every day, especially in the professional environment.

I started to research academic theories, companies best practices and even politics actions around the world that were related to gender equality promotion.

This journey has just begun and it has already transformed me. And that is how this blog was born, with the hope to inspire and share this experience and knowledge with more women.
